Know your reasons to stop
Make a list of all your reasons for wanting
to quit. The list can range from " avoidance of ill health
" to " being able to take up a sport ". Everyone knows
there are huge health benefits to stopping smoking. We also
know, but don't like to admit it as a smoker, that smokers
smell, prematurely age, feel like a slave to a bad habit -
not to mention the anti-social association that smokers have.
